  3. All lines of this file are comments until a line beginning ----.  After that,
  4. alternate lines are comments and parameters.  See the CUSTPRNT documentation
  5. for a description of the format allowed here.

  7. Contributed by Art Hurlburt, typed in by RWB.  Since the DEF file was
  8. submitted without a copy of the printer manual, I have made reasonable
  9. guesses as to the meaning of the commands by comparing with other printers.
